The Ketama Tea Workshop is a hands-on way to explore Morocco’s flavors and traditions in the Rif Mountains. Local hosts guide you through the art of blending herbs, spices, and flowers into teas and spice mixes inspired by Ketama’s culture.

This 2–3 hour workshop takes place in a warm village setting. You work with dried mint, rosemary, verbena, cinnamon, cumin, and other local ingredients. Your host walks you through each step as you create your own Moroccan mint tea blend and spice mix. You can prepare your tea with CBD, THC, or without cannabis, depending on your preference.

As you blend, you hear stories about each ingredient’s origin and its place in Moroccan cooking. Your host explains the traditions of Ketama’s tea ceremonies and how herbs are used for wellness.

When your blends are ready, you share a pot of freshly brewed tea and enjoy homemade Moroccan cakes. You take your tea and spice mixes home, along with recipes so you can recreate them.
